Class Action against KingdomSportsGroup "KSG" for Tokyo 2020 Olympic ticket/package refund in Australia, NSW

Welcome to Class Action to Kingdom Sports Group "KSG" in Australia, NSW

KSG represented Tokyo Olympic game ticket and package to ASIA and AFRICA.  Like other agencies, KSG refuse to refund full amount of ticket/package to customers. Unlike other agencies, KSG only refund less than half of value to some customers. Some of you received follow message from KSG and required to response within a several days.

You may responded them by accepting offer from KSG considering negotiation and time cost involves.  But if you don`t ask, you won`t get!  Do not the matter drop. They must treat with fairness and must act as a representative of "Olympic ticket Official Reseller".  This may happen again for future global sports events. KSG still sell Rugby World Cup France 2023, Paris 2024 Olympic & Paralympic Games.  WE MUST STAND FOR THE FAIRNESS.

KSG`s majority of customers are outside of Australia. They must think we will not fight against their unfair offer. We should not let them go.

KSG is a registered company in Australia, NSW.  In Australian Law, class actions are defined as follows.

​

A class action can be started with 

• seven or more people have claims against the same person or organization 

• the claims are in respect of, or arise out of, the same, similar or related circumstances; and

• the claims give rise to at least one substantial common issue of law or fact. 

These threshold requirements have been liberally interpreted by the Courts and as a result are generally not difficult to satisfy.
